Frequently asked questions.

Do you take insurance?

We do not take insurance. Credit card payments are due at the time of service. However, we can provide you with a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance.

How long will treatment last?

It depends. Many evidence-based treatments are designed to be completed in 3-5 months. However, some individuals find benefit from longer courses of treatment, while others can achieve their goals faster. In addition to our work together in session, we will assign practice activities between sessions. The more you are able to practice between sessions, the quicker you will reach your goals.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Otherwise, we will have to charge for the missed session.

Do you have in person sessions?

We only have telehealth services at this time. We use a secure telehealth platform and recent research suggests that telehealth treatment is just as effective as in person treatment.
