Our Team

 

Michael Treanor, Ph.D

Dr. Treanor (He/Him) is currently an Assistant Project Scientist with the UCLA Anxiety and Depression Research Center and Attending with the UCLA Child OCD, Anxiety, and Tic Disorders Program. Although he works with many young adults through the UCLA OCD clinic, he specializes in treatment with adults. He completed an APA approved internship at the National Center for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Behavioral Sciences Division, at the Boston VA and a National Institute of Mental Health T32 postdoctoral fellowship at UCLA.

Dr. Treanor has significant experience in the assessment and treatment of anxiety related disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. His research at UCLA examines methods for improving exposure therapy for anxiety and traumatic stress. In addition to his research and patient care, he actively supervises and trains other mental health professionals in cognitive-behavioral therapy and exposure therapy.

Marci Flores, PsyD

Dr. Marci Flores (She/Her) is a clinical psychologist based in Los Angeles, California and focused primarily on providing services through private practice. She completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola University Maryland and attended the University of Hartford in Connecticut for her Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology degrees. She completed intensive training at the Anxiety Disorder Clinic, Yale Substance Abuse Treatment Unit, and in private practice Neuropsychology. She completed her internship at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center and postdoctoral fellowship at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System where she specialized in providing evidence-based trauma focused treatment and general mental health services. She continued to work at the VA for the first act of her career providing clinical treatment while also becoming highly involved in administration, leadership, program re-design and diversity and inclusion efforts to create larger systemic changes aimed at improving effective, efficient and quality mental health treatment. She more recently held a director position at a VC backed mental health tech start-up helping grow and build a company focused on creating a safe and accepting space for emotional connection. Alongside these ventures, she has been building a private practice since 2016 and has shifted her attention to this full-time in 2022. Practically, she is a warm and compassionate person who cares deeply and believes in diversity of the human experience. She will help you feel seen and heard exactly as you are, while also challenging you to stretch and grow.

 

Daniel Glenn, Ph.D

Dr. Daniel Glenn (He/Him) is a licensed clinical psychologist who currently works with Operation Mend at UCLA, a specialty mental health treatment program for post 9/11 veterans affiliated with the Wounded Warrior Care Network. After earning his doctoral degree at the UCLA Anxiety Disorders Research Center, Dr. Glenn completed an APA accredited internship at the VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center, and an APA accredited postdoctoral fellowship in the Center of Excellence for Stress and Mental Health at the VA San Diego Healthcare System and UCSD.

He has extensive experience in assessment and evidence-based treatments of post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety-related disorders, and sleep difficulties. Dr. Glenn also works with couples in distress (Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy) with the aim of helping you get “unstuck” from difficult relationship patterns by deepening you and your partner’s understanding, empathy, and connection in order to restore and strengthen the sense of your relationship feeling right for you. His past research has focused on understanding mechanisms involved in the development, resilience, and treatment of trauma and stress-related disorders

Dr. Glenn’s approach is warm and collaborative, as he believes that a strong client/therapist relationship is integral to helping you learn and apply skills to live your life more confidently and bravely in the way that is most meaningful for you. He will work with you to flexibly implement evidence-based treatments in order to address your needs and support you in working towards your goals.
