Daniel Glenn, Ph.D
Dr. Daniel Glenn (He/Him) is a licensed clinical psychologist who currently works with Operation Mend at UCLA, a specialty mental health treatment program for post 9/11 veterans affiliated with the Wounded Warrior Care Network. After earning his doctoral degree at the UCLA Anxiety Disorders Research Center, Dr. Glenn completed an APA accredited internship at the VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center, and an APA accredited postdoctoral fellowship in the Center of Excellence for Stress and Mental Health at the VA San Diego Healthcare System and UCSD.
He has extensive experience in assessment and evidence-based treatments of post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety-related disorders, and sleep difficulties. Dr. Glenn also works with couples in distress (Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy) with the aim of helping you get “unstuck” from difficult relationship patterns by deepening you and your partner’s understanding, empathy, and connection in order to restore and strengthen the sense of your relationship feeling right for you. His past research has focused on understanding mechanisms involved in the development, resilience, and treatment of trauma and stress-related disorders
Dr. Glenn’s approach is warm and collaborative, as he believes that a strong client/therapist relationship is integral to helping you learn and apply skills to live your life more confidently and bravely in the way that is most meaningful for you. He will work with you to flexibly implement evidence-based treatments in order to address your needs and support you in working towards your goals.
